Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Executive and Teaching Minister. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and professional while handling confidential information. This position plays a key role in ensuring church leadership can focus on strategic goals while supporting the church’s mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.
• Handle correspondence, record-keeping, and document preparation.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, and events.
• Process invoices and expense reports.
• Maintain office organization and supplies.
• Support church programs, policies, and special projects.
• Liaise with staff, church members, and external partners.

Skills & Attributes:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Gifted in creating and providing hospitable environments.
• Ability to anticipate coming administrative needs.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or associate degree preferred.
• Experience in administrative support (3-5 years preferred).
• Familiarity with church operations is a plus.

Women's Minister
The Women’s Minister is responsible for providing spiritual leadership, guidance, and support to the women of the church. This role includes developing and overseeing programs, events, and ministries that encourage spiritual growth, foster community, and equip women to live out their faith in their families, workplaces, and communities.

Key responsibilities:
Spiritual Leadership and Discipleship
• Develop and lead Bible studies, small groups, and discipleship programs tailored for women.
• Provide pastoral care and counseling to women, offering guidance through life challenges and spiritual growth.
• Mentor and equip women to develop their spiritual gifts and take on leadership roles within the church and community.

Program Development and Coordination
• Plan and execute women’s events, retreats, and workshops to encourage fellowship, growth, and outreach.
• Collaborate with other ministry leaders to integrate women’s ministry with the broader mission and vision of the church.
• Create opportunities for inter-generational connection among women in the congregation.

Outreach and Community Building
• Develop and implement outreach initiatives to engage women in the surrounding community and invite them into the church family.
• Partner with local organizations to address the specific needs of women in the community (e.g., single mothers, women in crisis, professional development).

Administration and Communication
• Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers serving in the women’s ministry.
• Manage the women’s ministry budget and resources.
• Communicate regularly with the congregation about women’s ministry activities through newsletters, social media, and announcements.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in theology, ministry, counseling, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience leading women’s ministries or equivalent experience in church leadership.

Youth Minister - Vista Ridge Campus
The Youth Minister is responsible for providing spiritual guidance and discipleship to middle and high school students in their spiritual journey. The Youth Minister will develop and oversee programs that foster biblical teaching, spiritual growth, and meaningful community engagement while equipping young people to develop a lasting faith.

Key responsibilities:
Spiritual Leadership & Discipleship
• Develop and lead engaging, biblically sound youth programs, including weekly gatherings, Bible studies, and discipleship groups.
• Foster an atmosphere of spiritual growth, encouraging students to develop a personal relationship with Christ.
• Mentor and counsel students, providing guidance and support for their faith and personal challenges.
• Encourage youth involvement in the larger church community and ministry service.

Program Development & Events
• Plan and organize youth-focused events such as retreats, mission trips, camps, and community outreach projects.
• Partner with church leadership to align youth ministry vision with the overall church mission.
• Develop creative and relevant teaching methods that resonate with today’s youth culture.

Volunteer & Leadership Development
• Recruit, train, and equip volunteers to serve in youth ministry.
• Provide ongoing support and leadership development for youth leaders and student leaders.
• Foster a team culture within the youth ministry, encouraging collaboration and unity.

Family & Community Engagement
• Partner with parents to support their role in their child's spiritual development.
• Engage with the local community and schools to build relationships and expand ministry opportunities.
• Organize outreach efforts that encourage students to live out their faith beyond the church walls.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in ministry, theology, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in youth ministry or a similar role.

Skills and Attributes:

Kids Minister - Farmers Branch Campus
The Kids Minister is responsible for leading and overseeing the children’s ministry (birth–5th grade) in alignment with the church’s mission and values. This role involves creating engaging, Christ-centered programming, recruiting and equipping volunteers, and partnering with parents to nurture the spiritual growth of children.

Key responsibilities:
Leadership & Vision
• Develop and implement a dynamic children’s ministry that helps kids know and follow Jesus.
• Ensure alignment with the church’s overall vision and values.
• Create a welcoming and safe environment where children and families feel loved and included.
• Work closely with student ministry to create a clear spiritual pathway from early childhood through high school.

Programming & Curriculum
• Select, develop and implement age-appropriate, Bible-based curriculum.
• Plan and oversee Sunday morning kids' services, midweek programs, and special events (VBS, camps, family outreach events).
• Use creative teaching methods (music, storytelling, hands-on activities) to engage children at different developmental levels.

Volunteer Recruitment & Development
• Recruit, train, and equip volunteers to serve in kids' ministry.
• Provide ongoing encouragement, discipleship, and leadership development for the team.
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure child safety and security.

Parent & Family Engagement
• Partner with parents by providing resources and support for discipling their children at home.
• Communicate regularly with families through newsletters, emails, and social media.
• Organize family events to foster community and spiritual growth.

Education and Experience:
• Experience in children’s ministry (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in ministry, education, or related field (preferred)
